What is the chat agent?

A multilingual assistant that helps you find food, place orders, and sort out problems. There are 18 personas across nine languages, so you reach someone who sounds like you and knows the cuisine.

What languages does it speak?

English, Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa, Twi, Turkish, Polish, Somali, and Arabic. The agent reads and replies in whatever language you write in.

Can I send voice notes or photos?

Yes. Voice notes are useful when typing in your language is awkward. Photos work well for "find me something that looks like this" or "this is what arrived and it is wrong".

When does a human get involved?

When the agent cannot resolve something on its own (a refund decision, a complicated dietary check, a delivery dispute), it hands off to a human in the same thread. You do not start over and you do not lose context.

Can I use the agent on WhatsApp instead of the app?

Yes. The agent runs on WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, and Instagram. Find the partner you want and tap their chat icon, or message us directly.
